Digestzen

This is one of my favorite oils.  I use this oil when ever I hear the words "mommy my tummy hurts".  Here are a ton of other ways you can use this amazing oil

25 Ways to Use DigestZen:

Acid Reflux
1-2 drops under tongue, in water, or in an empty gel cap.  You can do this several times throughout the day with no adverse reactions. You can also apply to the reflex points on hands and feet – will assist in digestion and nutrient absorption.
Seasonal Head Issues
Apply DigestZen to stomach in a clockwise motion.
Bloating
Apply to stomach in a clockwise motion.  Use a warm compress over the area.
Yeast Build Up
1-2 drops under tongue or in a small glass of water before eating will help keep the candida at bay.  Sometimes when a person is new to the oils and applys DigestZen on the stomach, the first couple of times a little rash may appear. This is just Candida that was already present in the system and the oil has helped it to release through the skin. Discontinue use on the tummy area and just ingest or apply to the bottoms of the feet.

Rub on bottoms of feet and apply to stomach in a clockwise motion.   (May be diluted in a carrier oil) – for really small babies, just apply to bottoms of feet
Cold/Head Congestion
DigestZen applied on the forehead will help relieve cold and sinus infection congestion, applied along the nose and on the cheeks can relieve more congestion. – Dr. Sue Lawton
